Hi all!
Hope you are all doing well. I'm so close to being able to have some evenings off and I can't wait! Just need to get through these next 2 weeks with my exams and then a tiny bit of freedom. Yahoo! Anywho, I have a couple of photos of a polish I wore recently. This is 'Nomad' by Illamasqua…
This is such a gorgeous polish that I've had for a while now but never photographed. The other day I just felt like wearing a nice crème polish and this one fit the bill. I used cling film with Illamasqua 'Rampage' and Barry M 'Gold Foil' for my accent finger.
'Nomad' has a really easy formula to work with. I only needed 2 coats for full opacity. I absolutely love how vibrant this shade of green is, it was exactly what I felt like.
Thanks for popping by!

Power Clutch - Essie
Hi guys!
I am so close to finishing exams. One week (2 exams) to go. I'm really looking forward to having some time to try some more nail art. I miss it. I just have a super quick post today of something I wore a couple of weeks ago. It's cold and wintry here and I just felt like a nice, simple crème for once. Essie 'Power Clutch' fit the bill perfectly.
'Power Clutch' is such a cool polish. It's a slate-y olive green that is fairly dark and brooding. It's a bit of a chameleon to look at. Sometimes it appeared more charcoal grey, sometimes more olive. Either way, I really like the colour. Perfect for the winter weather here (not that I ever go by the season).
The formula was really nice. This seems to be the formula that people always rave about Essie having. Unfortunately the first 2 Essie's I tried weren't great, formula-wise, so they scared me off a little. But since then, I have been using Essie's like this one and 'Bungle Jungle' and I now understand the love. 'Power Clutch' was nice and thin (not too much though) and levelled easily on the nail. It was also perfectly opaque in 2 coats.
Also a big thanks to Mimi (from Makeup Withdrawal) for getting this baby to me a while back :)

Galahad - a-england
Hi lovely people!
Quick post tonight (this morning - it's 3am?!) as I have been desperately finishing up a rather large neuroscience report and I have to get up and study for a genetics test on Monday. I have a couple of quick pics of a gorgeous polish that I don't know why I haven't shown you guys yet... a-england 'Galahad'.
'Galahad' is a dusty teal polish. It has quite yellow undertones, but is surprisingly wearable even on my pale skin. It's really quite striking.
Best part about this polish... it's formula is so easy peasy and super opaque. In the past I have only ever needed 1 coat when I've used this polish, but I was in a hurry last night and I didn't let my base coat dry so my first coat was not perfect. I just used a really thin second coat to even everything out.
Check out a-england's website to see where you can buy their beauties from (as currently they are not shipping internationally).

Sweet Hook - China Glaze
Hi guys!
Sorry for my extended absence! Uni and being sick has been kicking my butt and I've had no time or energy to even think about painting my nails. Anyway, I'm one test down and in the next couple of weeks I have 3 more tests and 3 big assignments due so I am certainly in the thick of it! So today I just have a quick post about a gorgeous polish that I wore last week. This is China Glaze 'Sweet Hook'...
I haven't worn a straight crème polish in such a long time and it was so nice to wear this one. 'Sweet Hook' is such a beautiful lilac and acted as the perfect palette cleanser for all the holos and multichromes I've been wearing lately. It feels like the perfect spring colour to me. I know, I'm always backwards here as we're just going into Autumn and now I feel like wearing pastels. Oh well.
As for the formula, I am ashamed to say that I have had this polish for a LONG time and have always put off wearing it because I was afraid it would have that horrible pastel polish streaky nightmare formula. Let's just say if I could go back in time I would, because this polish had such a perfect formula and I have been wasting so much time without this on my nails! I barely needed 2 coats. It just slid right on to my nails. Perfection!
Well I hope you are all having a lovely Easter break so far (or for those of you elsewhere in the world I hope you are about to have a lovely Easter break). I'm off to get back to my studying.

Once In A Blue Mousse - Lime Crime with We're Simply Meant To Be - Dollish Polish
I have the last of my Lime Crimes to show you tonight. I'm actually pretty sad! Oh well, let's just get on with the prettiness shall we? This is 'Once In A Blue Mousse'...
'Once In A Blue Mousse', like 'Crema de Limón', is not so bright and neon leaning as the others. It has a slight dusty quality to it that seems to fit so well with this shade of blue. It's a gorgeous duck egg blue and is the kind of blue that I think is so wearable. I paired 'Once In A Blue Mousse' with Dollish Polish 'We're Simply Meant To Be'. I love this glitter and I love these two polishes together. It's the burgundy hexes that kill me (in such a good way) - such a unique mix!!!
You surely know how this story goes by now because 'Once In A Blue Mousse' has the same formula as all the other Lime Crime polishes I've shown you. That is to say it is fairly thick, beautifully opaque (2 easy coats), fast drying and dries to a slightly satiny finish. 'We're Simply Meant To Be' was really easy to work with. This is one thick-ish coat.
Lime Crime polishes are available from Harlow & Co. and Dollish Polish is available from places like Llarowe and Dolly's Big Cartel shop.

Crema de Limón - Lime Crime & Toad-ally Awesome - Dollish Polish
Hi!!
This is my second to last Lime Crime to show you and I realised that for every other one I have done a double accent with glitter, so why not keep up that trend. Today, I have Lime Crime 'Crema de Limón' with Dollish Polish 'Toad-ally Awesome'...
As usual I love this polish. 'Crema de Limón' isn't as neon-ish as the other Lime Crimes, but that's fine, it's such a pretty lemon yellow. I wasn't 100% convinced by the match with 'Toad-ally Awesome' at first, but in the end I think I do love it. I like that you can see all the glitters really well against the yellow, even the little wee blue glitters.
Formula was the same as with the other Lime Crimes, slightly thick and very fast drying. It dries to a slight satin/matte finish. I found 'Crema de Limón' to be a little less self-levelling than the other Lime Crime polishes, but 2-3 coats was perfect for good coverage.
Lime Crime polishes are available from Harlow & Co. and Dollish Polish is available from various places including Llarowe and Dolly's Big Cartel shop.

Pastelchio - Lime Crime & Wicked - Whimsical Nail Polish by Pam
Hi!
How are you all? Have you guys been watching the Aussie Open? How good is it?! I have been watching tennis almost every spare moment that I have. I love it. Anyway, on with todays post... This is something that I wore while I was in Wellington - Lime Crime 'Pastelchio' with Whimsical Nail Polish by Pam 'Wicked' over top.
I love both these polishes and they worked so well together. 'Wicked' has a gorgeous shimmer through it that did get slightly lost on top of 'Pastelchio'. It was ok though, as it was visible in sunlight and especially on top of those awesome big black circle glitters. How perfect is this polish for its inspiration!
As usual, the Lime Crime, 'Pastelchio', was really opaque and barely needed the second coat for full coverage. It did dry slightly satiny (like the others) and also dried very fast. Unfortunately 'Wicked' caused me a little bit of grief formula-wise. If I wiped any polish off the brush, the glitter would just come straight off with it. I certainly had to dab the glitters on in 2 fairly thick coats. At the time, it was pretty frustrating, but luckily it looked awesome enough for me not to worry too much.
Lime Crime polishes are available from Harlow & Co. and Whimsical Polish by Pam is available via her facebook page (but they are unfortunately only available in the US).

Guinevere - a-england
And so the war with my nails rages on... I took off another corner of my nail at work and I didn't even realize till I got home. I am at such a loss as to why they're so unhealthy at the moment. Oh well, on with my moisturising and hopefully a nice christmas break soon will do them some good. Today I have a lovely a-england polish to show you. This is 'Guinevere'...
'Guinevere' is such a wonderfully elegant dusty purple. This is such a perfect shade that has a dusty quality that sets it apart from your average mauve polish. I found that 'Guinevere' was really flattering, I really didn't want to take it off.
This polish has such an amazing formula for this pastel-ish sort of colour. One coat gave almost full coverage and I just used a second coat to even everything out a bit.
'Guinevere' can be purchased from the a-england website for £9 with free worldwide shipping.

Parfait Day - Lime Crime & Putting On The Ritzzz! - Dollish Polish
I have another Lime Crime for you today. I have to say, the more I wear these Lime Crime polishes, the more I am so pleased that I got the set of them. I love them so much. They are fast becoming some of my most favourite polishes. Today's Lime Crime is 'Parfait Day' with a bit of Dollish Polish 'Putting On The Ritzzz!' for good measure.
This polish is so bright and as usual with the Lime Crime polishes that I've shown you, it is pastel, but also verging on neon. The thing I love about 'Parfait Day' is that there's actually a slightly dusty feel about the pink which is unusual when it's so close to leaning neon.
This photo shows a bit more of the neon side of this cotton candy pink. I think 'Putting On The Ritzzz!' worked really well with 'Parfait Day'. I got so many comments on this combination while I was wearing it earlier in the week.
'Partfait Day' applied just like the other Lime Crime polishes that I've shown you, it dries satiny and very fast. Like them, it was also really beautifully opaque, requiring barely two coats for perfect coverage. 'Putting On The Ritzzz!' was a bit of a tricky little bugger to apply, but nothing that a good mix and a bit of patience won't help. The first coat I applied of 'Putting On The Ritzzz!' didn't give very good coverage, but as you can see, with two not very thick coats, the coverage is good in the end.
Lime Crime's are available from Harlow & Co. (and remember they have free shipping with orders over $50USD) and 'Putting On The Ritzzz!' can be purchased from Dolly's Big Cartel shop. (keep an eye on her shop updates to see what will be in the upcoming restocks and when they'll be happening).

Milky Ways - Lime Crime & Tangled Web - CrowsToes
I have lost all track of time!! It never takes me long to be completely lost as to what day it is when I'm not studying. Anyway, I keep forgetting what days to blog. Maybe I should get in the habit of scheduling posts so I don't miss them. Anyways... I have another Lime Crime and glitter combo to show you today. This time, 'Milky Ways' with 'Tangled Web' on top.
I love this polish. The slightly peachy tone makes it stand out from your usual nudey, cream polish. I really needed a bit of a palate cleanser as I had just removed a blue polish that stained worse than I've ever experienced before and 'Milky Ways' was perfect for the job.
'Tangled Web' was one that I thought looked kind of interesting from CrowsToes halloween collection and I just bought on a whim. It has ended up being one of my favourite glitters. It's so simple but the mix of black and blue and the sizes just seem to work so well together. The blue really catches the light and sparkles like crazy. It's so eye-catching.
I used 3 thin coats of 'Milky Ways' but I think if you use thicker coats or if you're really careful with application you may be able to get it down to two coats. As with the other Lime Crime polishes, it dries really fast so you need to work fairly quickly. It also dries to a satiny finish, so top coat really makes it come alive. I used just one coat of 'Tangled Web' and it's application was really easy. There is a lot of glitter in there so you can control the coverage quite well.
I bought my Lime Crime polishes from Harlow & Co (don't forget that there's free shipping over $50USD) and I bought 'Tangled Web' from Llarowe (I have just checked and it is still available, though I don't think it will be for much longer being that it was a Halloween polish).

Lavendairy - Lime Crime & Igor - Enchanted Polish
Hi folks!!
I have finished exams and I am a little lost as to what to do with myself! It always takes me a week or so to settle into the fact that I can relax without thinking I should be studying! Anywho, tonight I have another Lime Crime to show you. This time it's 'Lavendairy' with a bit of Enchanted Polish 'Igor' to top it all off...
Just like 'Peaches ♥ Cream', 'Lavendairy' is pastel but kind of neon-ish at the same time. I have so much love for these Lime Crime polishes!!
Speaking of polishes I have lots of love for... Enchanted Polishes are definitely some of them. I kept telling myself that I didn't need any of the Halloween collection, but then I noticed some were in stock on Llarowe (that shop is so dangerous) and so I thought oh why not! Anyway... long story short, I am so glad that I picked 'Igor' up! It's difficult to see but it actually has little wee holo bits all through it too. Love love love!
'Lavendairy', like the other Lime Crimes that I've tried was so surprisingly opaque for a colour like this. It dries to a sort of satin/matte finish and it dries really fast. I used only two coats for perfect coverage. 'Igor' had really great application too. I just used one regular coat of that. Overall I love these polishes and I think the combo works really well.
Lime Crime polishes are available from Harlow & Co (don't forget that if you spend $50 you can get free shipping). I purchased 'Igor' from Llarowe, but I have just looked and I don't think it's available anymore, but check out the other Enchanted Polishes at both of these shops!

Polish Days: MAN-icure
My first Polish Days! I'm very excited to have finally joined up with this awesome idea. This months theme is MAN-icure in tribute to Movember. I instantly knew what my MAN-i would have to be, as it is something that I get teased about loving, due to its manly nature (according to my friends). One of my big loves in life is Formula 1, namely Sebastian Vettel.
For those of you that don't know, Vettel is the current world champion, having won the championship for the last two years in a row, so he is car number 1. The 1 on my ring finger is the one on his RB8 (car) this season. The water marble is taken from the Red Bull colours (his team).
This is a quick snap of my Red Bull cap. Unfortunately I got this before Vettel won the championship the first time so it has number 5 on it. Anyway you can see the colours of the team there nicely.
The final MAN-i that you have just seen was actually attempt number two... I originally wanted the bright yellow from the nose cone of the RB8 in the water marble, but it didn't quite work as I had wanted...
As you can see, the colours all sort of muddied together. Much as I don't hate this, I am glad I redid the two nails. I love how the F turned out in the top one anyway.
I used a whole lot of polishes for this MAN-i...
a-england - 'Excalibur' & 'Camelot'
OPI - 'Red Lights Ahead... Where', 'I'm Not Really A Waitress', 'Yoga-Ta Get This Blue', 'No Room For The Blues', 'The 'It' Color'
Nicole by OPI - 'Listen To Your Momager'
Sally Hansen - 'White On'
Konad - Special White
If you have any questions about what I used where, please leave a comment and I'd be happy to tell you more :)
For the middle finger I used LeaLaC XL - B stamping plate and for my ring and pinky finger I used striping tape to get all the lines nice and straight.
I had lots of fun doing this MAN-i and it actually served as the perfect distraction to take my mind of the pain in my tummy while I was sick :)
If you want to sign up for the next Polish Days, hop over to Polly Polish for information.

Peaches ♥ Cream - Lime Crime & Bejeweled - KB Shimmer
Hello!
Hope everyone is having a happy Halloween? I am not so much... If you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen that 15 mins before my biochem exam today, I had an ovarian cyst rupture. Not the best timing let me tell you! Luckily they could get some morphine into me at the doctors so I didn't have to go to hospital this time :) Anyway the moral of the story is, I am currently in bed in a fair amount of pain, so I might just keep this short and sweet.
I didn't do a Halloween mani, as I just haven't had time, but what I have to show you is orange at least. And never mind that, the polishes today are freaking GORGEOUS!!! On the bottom = Lime Crime 'Peaches ♥ Cream'... Also this is the debut of my nubs on the blog, since I gave 'em all the chop due to my middle finger peeling like no ones business. I am actually kinda loving this length. I'm gonna let them get a bit longer, but these are nice and easy to manage. What do you guys think?
'Peaches ♥ Cream' is a right little bugger to photograph. This is not quite colour correct, but it's about as close as I could get. It's a little bit whiter if that makes any sense. It reminds me of sherbet. There is top coat only on my top two fingers and you can see that it dries ever so slightly matte without top coat.
Then this happened. This is KB Shimmer 'Bejeweled'. I saw this on Chalkboard Nails and knew that I had to get it. Boy-oh-boy am I glad I did. It is delicious! The coppery gold glitters get a little lost in these pics, but I am LOVING this combo. These polishes were just sitting together on the table after they arrived and it was actually The Boy who said "you have to wear them together". Man does he have good taste or what?!
So formula-wise... Brilliant. Two fantastically opaque coats of 'Peaches ♥ Cream' with a thin coat of 'Bejeweled' on top.
I got these both from Harlow & Co. KB Shimmers are $9USD and Lime Crimes are $8.50USD or get the whole set of 7 for $49 (I may or may not have done this after trying this one!). AND I have just checked and all the Lime Crimes are currently in stock so GO GO GO! And the bonus of it all... Free shipping if you spend $50 :)

Rampage - Illamasqua & The Hero Of Time - Dollish Polish
I got my first Illamasqua polishes in the mail recently and I was so excited! A little bit ago, Jeanette from The Swatchaholic had a giveaway going and for everyone who entered, they sent out a discount code (THANK YOU!). I've always wanted to try Illamasqua polishes so I jumped at this and ended up ordering four. They arrived safe and sound and I was so excited and then this happened...
Just a quick instagram pic, but it does the trick. Three of the four polishes lids, when screwed back down after first removing them, didn't line up! This is one of those things that just REALLY bugs me! I have to say, I expected a bit more from a brand like Illamasqua. Lucky for me though, the polishes are gorgeous. Today, I want to show you 'Rampage' and a bit of Dollish Polish, 'The Hero Of Time', to dress it up a little...
'Rampage' is so incredibly pretty! A wonderful forest green. Actually the best way I can describe this, would be classic British Racing Green. I don't really have anything like this so it is such a welcome addition to my little collection. I didn't originally intend to add 'The Hero Of Time' but it was begging to be added to this polish.
Generally in any bright-ish light, the green was very obvious and so pretty...
However, in any sort of lower lighting, it looked a lot more blackened (sometimes looking entirely black). It's all ok by me though as it's pretty cold here and I love a good dark polish in Winter any time. I'm so glad that the green isn't too shy though and does often come out to play.
'The Hero Of Time' is part of the Legend Of Zelda duo from Dollish Polish. This was actually another polish I was unsure if I'd like so much, but I loved the other polish in this set so I just went for it. Once more, I should trust Dolly. This is gorgeous, and really unique to my ever growing stash of glitters. I love how the gold glitters are square! Such an interesting mix of glitters that just works perfectly.
'Rampage' was lovely to apply. Somewhere between two and three coats were needed. I think I used three coats on this hand to ensure opacity for photos but with a steady hand, I'd say two would suffice. As for 'The Hero Of Time', easy peasy. No problem at all with coverage or dragging or any of that. I used just one thin coat.

First Water Marbling Attempt!
Today I have for you my very first attempt at a water marble mani! I've always looked at pictures and tutorials for water marbling and thought that I'd love to give it a go some time, but I was never brave enough. Well, yesterday I plucked up the courage to give it a good go. It took a fair while but I have to say I'm pretty happy with how it came out considering it was my first go... To the pics...
Here it is! I used three of my gorgeous a-england polishes - 'Saint George', 'Excalibur' and 'Avalon' - and OPI 'No Room For The Blues'.
I came up with this colour combo in the middle of the night the other night and I think it was pretty cool. I want to try a bit more subtle water marble in the near future, but I do love how this one looked. 'Excalibur' tended to spread further than the others so that's why the silver is a bit more prominent in 2 of my fingers.
You can see what I mean about the silver spreading in these photos (plus I just love the look of the bullseye! So pretty). A handy tip I picked up from LTHP was to use a smaller glass so that you can get a tighter bullseye with less polish, though in saying that I didn't actually end up doing a tight bullseye at all.
There's a couple of kinks that definitely need to be ironed out. I'm not 100% sure why, but I got a few bubbles. I have actually since found a pretty awesome little tips and tricks post from Lacquerish that may explain this little problem. Like I said earlier, I am definitely going to be giving this technique another go soon, hopefully with a bit more finesse thanks to the things I've learned! It was so much fun, albeit very messy!

These are the designs on my thumbs. I didn't really get fantastic pictures of them, but you can certainly get the idea. My thumbs ended up being some of my favourites! Both of my thumbs some how came out with perfect little french tips in silver on my right thumb (see the left side of the top pic) and in purple in my left thumb (the right side of the bottom picture) - please excuse the tip wear, I got called into work last night and they got a bit thrashed!
Just because this is a post about my first marbling attempt, I thought I'd better pop in a photo of the actual first finger. This is on my left hand (hence it not being in the other photos) but it's kind of cool. Very different to the more flower sort of designs on most of my right fingers.
So what do you guys think? I had so much fun doing this mani and I can't wait to try some other exciting techniques. Anyone with any tips or suggestions about how to avoid pesky water bubbles, please let me know in the comments section! One other small problem I had was with top coat. Every single one of my top coats except one, Essie's 'Good To Go', made the polishes go all blended and cloudy. Particularly 'Saint George' would tend to mix with both 'Excalibur' and 'No Room For The Blues'. Curious, but luckily I tried my other top coats on my left hand fingers and thumb before doing anything on my right fingers :)

Road House Blues - OPI and another go at stamping!
Oh no! I'm not a happy chappy right now! This often comes as a surprise, even to people who know me really well, but I have a massive love for Formula 1, especially all things Sebastian Vettel. Well, I have just watched him retire from the Valencia Grand Prix and let's just say I am one grumpy lady!
Anyway, on to happier thoughts... Today I've got a simple mani that I have actually loved wearing for the last couple of days.
This is 'Road House Blues' from last years Touring America collection by OPI. 'Road House Blues' is a gorgeous dark indigo crème polish. I love any polish that is at all navy-like and this is certainly one of my favourite crèmes in my whole collection.
You can see in this photo that this polish is certainly not the type that just looks black. I love how inky this colour is. In any sort of bright-ish light, this polish appears very blue.
I decided I wanted to have another little go at stamping but I didn't want to entirely cover up 'Road House Blues', so I thought I'd try the double feature nails that I've seen around a bit lately. I used China Glaze 'Sci-Fi' for the stamping with plate BM 208 (both images are on this plate). I actually just got 'Sci-Fi' recently from Nail Polish Anon's blog sale and it's perfect for stamping, so thanks Michaela!
'Road House Blues' was easy to apply. Two simple coats with no problems at all. As I mentioned earlier 'Sci-Fi' was great for stamping and I like that it's got that purpley tinge to it, giving it a bit of difference from a plain silver polish. I did get pretty impatient and top coated way to quickly so I did smudge everything a bit, but it's really not very noticeable in real life. Overall, I really like how this turned out and I love the double feature. I think I'll definitely be sporting this sort of mani again in the near future.
One more quick thing, I have been awarded an Appreciation Award from the lovely Kelsie from Kelsie's Nail Files! Thank you so much Kelsie!
To be honest, I have no idea what to do with this. I think I'm supposed to pass it on, but I don't think I can choose only a few blogs from the ones that I follow. Basically I love and appreciate every single blog that I follow so that's my choice! I know it's a bit of a cop-out but that's just the truth! Thanks again Kelsie :)

Sea Creature - The Hungry Asian - & School Of Hard Rocks - Essie
I have never been so excited about a glitter in all my life. As I put 'Sea Creature' on, I was all "ooohhh aaahhh"... Let me attempt to show you why...
But first I'll just quickly show you what was underneath this amazing glitter. I used Essie 'School Of Hard Rocks' as my base colour for this mani.
'School Of Hard Rocks' is a dusty looking dark teal colour. Really pretty actually. I love how the colour is somewhat greyed out and a bit muted.
These photos show 'School Of Hard Rocks' without top coat and you can see that it's gorgeously shiny. The colour reminds me a lot of raw greenstone.
This is 'Sea Creature' from The Hungry Asian. I actually got this a little bit ago. I originally set out to get 'Sneeze Breeze' (which I did also get :) ) and I saw this and just chucked it in my cart thinking the bottle shot looked quite nice. Well thank goodness I did! Like I said at the top of this post, I've never been so in love with a glitter.
'Sea Creature' is made up of little black matte hexes, tiny green glitter, slightly larger pinky-purple hexes and larger blue hexes. It's my absolute favourite mix of glitters of all the glitters I own.
I love the pink bits of glitter. They're a really surprising addition to this polish to me, but they just catch your eye perfectly and really give this mix of glitters that little extra je ne sais quoi.
Here's the macro. Isn't 'Sea Creature' brilliant?!
To the formulas... 'School Of Hard Rocks' was a simple two coater. The only little niggle I have with this polish is that it was really thin, the type of watery polish that wants to pool in your cuticles, so a bit of careful and patient application is needed. As for 'Sea Creature'... So easy to apply. The glitter stayed exactly where it was put and was so simple to get a nice even spread. I used 2 thin coats of 'Sea Creature' and I think it's great that thinner coats can be used so that you are in full control of how much glitter you end up with on your nails. It was a pretty hungry fella though, so you are seeing 3 coats of Cult Nails 'Wicked Fast' on top. 'Wicked Fast' is a really awesome but fairly thin top coat, so if you use something like Seche Vite, you shouldn't need so many coats at all to get it smooth.
'School Of Hard Rocks' can be purchased from anywhere that sells Essie's (Kiwi's - quite a few pharmacies, Smith & Caughey and Candy Girl (which is by far the cheapest)), and 'Sea Creature' can be purchased from The Hungry Asian Etsy store for $9.25 USD (apparently $12 NZD according to Etsy) and I have just checked and I think 'Sea Creature' is in stock right now! Check out her other beauties too :)

Red Lights Ahead... Where? - OPI
I have officially finished this semester with my last exam this morning! WOO! But along with that awesome feeling, comes a complete feeling of being entirely lacking in any functional brain cells! Basically I'm not making much sense this afternoon so this is just going to be short and sweet :)
This is another polish from OPI's Holland collection. This is 'Red Lights Ahead... Where?' and it is a magnificent coral leaning red. LOVE!
I love wearing any type of red polish! 'Red Lights Ahead... Where?' is a bit more summery due to the coral undertones. Mmmmhhmmmmm...
The coral comes out a little more in this lower ambient light.
Basically this polish is awesome. One coat gave pretty full opacity, but I popped on another one to make it all smooth and pretty.
Anyway, now that I'm on holiday for a bit, I'm going to have a go at some different polish techniques and hopefully, if the sun ever comes out, get some swatching done because I have just about nothing left to post :s
